EMS Wings
My occupation is an EMS helicopter pilot. I fly for the Flight for Life program operated by Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas where we operate a BK117 helicopter. Our crews consist of a pilot, a nurse and a paramedic. Below are some pictures of our BK117 .
