To start I cut the round tubing to the proper length. I marked the square tubing for length and for the hole locations.

Next I drilled the holes in the square tubing.

Then I cut the square tubing to length.	The next step was to cut the notches for the rod ends and bolts.
Finally I welded the bushing into the square tubing..	Here is one of the close-ups of the welding. Click the picture for two larger pictures. All that is left to do is ream the bushing to clean out the welding residue.
